RETURNS POLICY

We get it, sometimes it seemed like a good idea at the time, then you receive your order and you wonder if it's really right for you. No worries! We have a 100 day returns policy. If you don't think your Squeak order is quite what you're after then notify us at orders@squeakdesign.com within 100 days of receiving your purchase...../

Keep in mind all items must be returned in an unused state and in their original condition and packaging. Once the item/s have been received by Squeak and assessed to be in an unused, undamaged and original condition, then we will offer you your refund. Please be aware that no refund / exchange is guaranteed as it is subject to our review of the returned product. All return postage costs will not be covered by Squeak, this will have to be covered by yourself. No refunds on postage paid by the customer, if the refund is granted, it will be for the cost of the product only.
